Hoppin' Good Time at The Second Lake Wedowee Life Feelin' Froggy Scavenger Hunt

Last Updated 10/17/2024Posted in Wedowee

We had a hoppin' good time with our second Lake Wedowee Life Feelin' Froggy Scavenger Hunt to kick off Full Pool recently.

Almost 50 hunters took to the streets of Wedowee Searching for these decorated frogs that were full of personality.

It was fun for not only the participants but our Lake Wedowee Life advertisers as well. You could see frog hunters exploring all over Wedowee in hopes of winning the grand prize.

There were 16 frogs hidden at 14 Lake Wedowee Life business partners, however each hunter was given a copy of Lake Wedowee Life so every single advertiser got additional exposure to new clients during the scavenger hunt.

"It was a great time," Leisel Caldwell, co-owner of WEDO Media, said. "We changed things up from the first scavenger hunt we had two years ago and we think it was well received."

"Our goal for the hunt was to highlight our advertisers in a fun, unique way. Thanks to the hunters and everyone that participated, we were able to achieve that goal and have a great time in the process."

The following advertisers contributed to the event:

Old Water's Inn

Lake Wedowee Winery

Wake and Shake Donut Shop

Alfa Agent Leslie Nelson

Boondocks BBQ and Creamery

The Crows Nest

The Peaceful Porch

Our Town Pharmacy

Wedowee Animal Hospital

Doggie Styles
